These are good quality Chinese Prefold Diapers, but simply not made to our specifications. You can still count on these Chinese Prefolds for their heavyweight twill fabric, quilted softness, and heightened absorbency.
So why are we putting them on clearance?
- The twill weave and serging is just not as tight as we like.
- On some of the prefolds, the lower, straight serging did not make it the full width of the edge. Some of the diapers have a 1-1/2″-2″ gap on the lower straight serge; this has potential to unravel. Out of approximately 100 diapers tested we found 4 unraveled. If you can sew, this is an easy fix.
- The infant premium diapers have 4X7X4 layering rather than 4X8X4.
- The unbleached baby premium diapers are what we consider “half bleached”. They are off white in color rather than natural/tan.
